Shambhu And The Punya Crew: Do Things Right

DC based Shambhu Das and his band have a sound that reflects on so many different styles of music. When listening to this CD, you will hear everything from jazz, R&B, Latin and even disco influences. Although this record could be labeled "Adult Contemporary", the brilliant musicianship of this band almost makes one forget that. Imagine what it would sound like if Carlos Santana, Prince, Michael McDonald and Mickey Hart formed a band and put out a record.
